Usually I am very hesitant about blind dates. It seems that every time someone is trying to hook up their fugly friend. Then they say they make up for it with their personality. Needless to say I wasn’t expecting much when I accepted my latest blind date.
I agreed to meet Sara at a local coffee shop. When I got there I was very surprised to see that the girl was smokin hot. The date went great and we talked about all kinds of bs and drank our frapochocolates or whatever. Hell I don’t even like coffee.
We decided to go back to my place and I suggested we watch a movie. Ready to get this party started, I decided to just play whatever was in the player. Soon after we were making out. Things were going well until we starting hearing some cheesy 80’s theme music very similar to Chips and heavy grunting.
Evidently my roommate had been watching porn and left the tape in there. Sara gave me the “you’re a pervert” look and immediately started gathering her things. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t know what was in the player and it was my roommates. But she wasn’t having any of it.
Before I knew it she had left my pad. Let that be a lesson to you, check the DVD player before you hit play for a girl you bring home. But at least I had something to salvage the evening with.
